About the Bird Launcher

I was a practicing litigation attorney before I made the move to become a full time mom to my three kids. After the last bird fluttered away, I had the opportunity to reflect on the decisions I made and the lessons I learned about myself, my kids, my family and the world around us.

I have always found people’s real life experiences to be most informative and  I am someone who has lived it, all of it…the good the bad, the ugly and the glorious.  This blog is a compilation of my “aha” moments as a mom. These are my authentic experiences and lessons. I am not a robot so these blogs will not be A-I generated. Old school…I know. But old school is the best school. 

I like to believe that our nest became a warm inviting place that is filled with the love that made our family what it is today. It is a place that my birds…I mean kids…come back to and bring the important people in their lives.  

It will never be empty… and that’s the way I like it.
